Graduate Prospects has relaunched its online career management portal to better engage graduates and facilitate employers’ search for quality candidates.
My Prospects, has been completely transformed enabling graduates to create their own personalised dashboard from which they can manage their career and find jobs.
Users can save their favourite vacancies, apply direct to graduate employers, keep track of applications, and by personalising their interests and preferences, relevant positions are automatically posted to their dashboard. The changes provide employers with a more targeted way of reaching quality graduates who are serious about their job search.
The revamp includes improvements to leading career management tool, Prospects Planner, which assesses user skills and motivations, matching them to over 400 occupational profiles developed by professional careers advisers.
